PICOact Antibody Conjugation (aAC) Kit

The PICOact Antibody Conjugation (aAC) Kit is designed for the conjugation of antibodies with Actomidin. The kit offers very high conjugation efficiency (up to 90%) enabling high sensitivity PICO measurements downstream. The PICO aAC protocol can be completed with minimum hands-on time (<40 min) as a two-day procedure.

The PICO aAC Kit contains materials for four antibody conjugation reactions. The conjugated antibodies are stable for at least six months at 4°C.
