PICOact Conjugated Antibody Label Loading (aCALL) Kit

The PICOact Conjugated Antibody Label Loading (aCALL) Kit is designed to load PICO labels onto antibodies that had been conjugated with Actomidin using the PICOact Antibody Conjugation (aAC) Kit. Washing steps ensure that the unbound labels are removed, resulting in a free label content below 3%. The kit contains material for 8 label loading reactions and the labeled antibodies are stable for at least six months at 4°C. The concentration of the labeled antibodies are determined by dPCR using the contents of the PICO Amplification Core (AMC) Kit and PICO Probes.
