PICOact BL Label

The PICOact BL Label is a unique DNA oligonucleotide that is loaded onto Actomidin-conjugated antibodies using the PICO aCALL Kit. The PICOact BL Label, bound by the PICO BL Probe, is amplified during the dPCR reaction and a fluorescent signal in the yellow channel, from the HEX fluorophore, is generated.
